Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using any part of the SprechMitKI service, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the platform only with the active consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Continued use signifies your ongoing agreement.
Description of Services SprechMitKI provides AI-assisted language immersion experiences, including simulated dialogue, pronunciation guidance, and dynamic vocabulary feedback. The platform is not a certified language institution and does not guarantee fluency or official certification. Its services are educational in nature and may evolve with technological updates.
User Responsibilities Users must engage respectfully with the platform, refrain from offensive, illegal, or abusive language inputs, and avoid attempting to manipulate or reverse-engineer AI functionality. Account holders are responsible for securing access credentials and for any activity conducted through their profile.
Limitation of Liability While SprechMitKI uses sophisticated algorithms to simulate conversation, it does not replace interaction with human language professionals. We disclaim liability for any misunderstanding, linguistic misapplication, or personal consequence arising from AI-generated content. The service is provided “as is,” without express or implied guarantees.
Intellectual Property All platform technology, dialogue models, user interface elements, and training content are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by SprechMitKI or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any portion of the service without prior written consent. User-generated inputs may be anonymized and used for research and system refinement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the substantive laws of Switzerland, without reference to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Zurich.
Termination of Access SprechMitKI reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the service, without notice, for users found to be in violation of these Terms, including misuse, abusive behavior, or attempts to compromise system integrity. Termination does not relieve the user from any accrued payment or legal obligation.
Refund Policy Users purchasing subscription-based access may request a refund within 7 calendar days of initial payment, provided no more than 30 minutes of AI interaction time has been used. After this period or threshold, payments are non-refundable except in cases of verified service failure or legal right under applicable consumer law.
Changes to Terms SprechMitKI may revise these Terms periodically. Substantial changes will be announced via email or visible platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of June 24, 2025, and remain in force until replaced or revoked in writing.
